Manager of Pricing & Performance Management
Location: Jonestown, PA
Pricing management will involve management of all pricing in the market place, to include Lubes, DEF and S-Core. Collaboration with sales and procurement to manage all pricing is essential. The primary duties here will be in depth pricing evaluations at the customer, SKU and / or vendor levels.
This position is the focal point for conducting pricing and revenue allocation activities to ensure the required, time sensitive pricing information is delivered each month for accurate auditing and financial performance reporting. The role will act as a key partner to our Finance organization and be responsible for supporting the required monthly and quarterly financial reporting process through modeling, analyzing and reporting product pricing, discount analysis and bundled revenue allocation for all product lines. The role will have the ability to own and improve upon complex processes by streamlining reporting and analysis tools and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Work closely with sales, procurement, finance, operations and marketing departments to develop and maintain a pricing strategy for all areas of the business.
· Responsible for analyzing and identifying category trends and identifying gaps in pricing methodology.
· Make decisions around promoting items to maximize gross profit.
· Document, calculate, and administer customer incentive and rebate programs.
· Accurately manage pricing calculations by product for large complex deals.
· Build and maintain pricing tools to support new pricing initiatives.
· Support business decisions by tracking pricing trends and metrics, and delivering insights on pricing performance and actionable insights to the pricing leadership teams
· Deliver analytical insight and ensure key pricing performance risk, issues, and opportunities are highlighted to management

· Review organizational goals and compare against organizational outcomes in terms of volume, margin, and pricing.
· Document the performance plan that includes measures, desired results, and standards.
· Conduct ongoing measurements and observations to track the performance of the business.
· Knowledge of performance management tools, ie: reports, VS, data mining, review and implementation of 3rd party software, such as Qlik View.
· Ability to operate and communicate well with all levels of management.
· High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office – specifically excel.
· Excellent time management, performance management, and leadership skills.

Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field from an accredited college.
Master’s degree in related management field is an added advantage.
3-5 years’ experience in pricing and performance management related activities.
